A provisional appointment is held for 30 minutes to upload a receipt. Staff review the payment afterwards. Upload success does not mean money arrived.

Keep the reference

Upload the transaction receipt, not a full bank statement. Read any rejection reason before paying again.

If plans change

Request rescheduling or cancellation from the booking details. Staff follow the saved policy. For refunds, verify the actual transfer; a system record does not move money.
