Information stored
We store account names, email, phone numbers, sign-in credentials, bookings and receipts to manage appointments and payments. Booking does not require a clinical history.
Who can access it?
Authorized staff see scheduling and payment information according to their roles. Private practitioner notes are encrypted and restricted to their author; clients and secretaries cannot see them. Administrative actions are logged.
Protection
Passwords are stored as derived hashes. Essential cookies maintain sign-in sessions. Receipts require authorized access and are not public links. Hosting and database services use Cloudflare.
Data requests
Contact staff through published contact details or an existing booking request to correct information or discuss retention. Records linked to transactions differ from public content. Do not submit another person’s information without authorization.
Sessions
This website does not record audio or video. Discuss the privacy of any external session platform with your practitioner.
